James Lancaster "Pat" Patterson, age 81, of Mountain Home, ID died Saturday, May 2, 1998 at home after a lengthy and courageous battle with cancer. He was born September 27, 1916 in Ola, AR to John Thomas and Leevie Patterson. He joined the Navy in 1941 during World War II prior to Pearl Harbor, serving in the South Pacific, notably the Midway conflict. "Jim" was one of the few men that survived when the ship he was on "The U. S. S. Worton" was hit by enemy torpedoes. He was sent to the navy hospital in Glenwood Springs, CO to recover from his injuries. While there, he met Rosemary Malano and they were married June 30, 1944. Jim was discharged from the Navy in 1945 at Mare Island, CA. After the war Jim returned to Arkansas where he worked at various jobs. In 1946, he was hired by Sinclair Oil Company (later Atlantic Richfield Company) and moved to Texas. He and his family lived in various parts of Texas, wherever his job transferred him. After retiring from Atlantic Richfield in 1971, he started his own gasoline pump and equipment repair shop in Georgetown, TX. In 1984, Jim sold his business and moved to Mountain Home, Idaho to be closer to family (grandchildren and pursue his love for hunting in Idaho. Jim was an avid hunter and outdoor s man. His skills with carpentry produced many pieces of lawn furniture, garden trellis and countless hours of teaching grandchildren the proper way to use and take care of tools. Jim was a member of the Masonic Lodge. He enjoyed making his Texas barbeque for family and friends and spending time with his grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Rosemary; a daughter and son-in-law, Sandra and David Slosser of Tomball, TX; daughter and son-in-law, Mary Lee and Duane Sammons; grandson Thomas Sammons and granddaughter, Marijo Sammons of Boise, ID; son and daughter-in-law, James T. and Nina Patterson and grandsons Patrick and Brady Patterson of Mountain Home, ID; a sister, Janice Phillips and brother Tommy Lee Patterson born of Ola, AR; a brother William R. Patterson of Mountain Home, ID, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, sister Ida (Molly) Parker, Theo Rogers, Salina Koch, Pearl Potts and granddaughter, Terra Marie Patterson.
Service was May 7, 1998 at Salem Church in Plainview, AR conducted by Rev. Monroe Hunt and Rev. Richard Stegall. Burial with military honors were at Salem Cemetery. Rosemary M. Patterson, age 77, of Mountain Home, died Saturday, October 23, 1999 at St. Luke's Regional Medical Center following a short illness. She was born March 2, 1922 at Pryor, CO to Joseph and Mary Malano. She married James L. Patterson on June 30, 1944 in Glenwood Springs, CO. They moved to Texas where they settled and raised three children. They moved to Mountain Home in 1984 to be closer to the light of their life, their grandchildren. Rosemary was contented to be a homemaker and was noted for her special beef roast, which her husband taught her to prepare. She enjoyed traveling, reading, crossword puzzles, embroidery, crocheting, music and movies. Collecting figurines and special edition plates were her hobbies. She dearly loved her children, grandchildren and her many friends. She delighted in hosting family gatherings, especially at holidays and loved to have her grandchildren visit.
She is survived by her son, James T. Patterson and wife, Nina of Mountain Home, Idaho; daughters, Sandra Slosser and husband, David of Houston, TX, Mary Lee Sammons and husband, Duane of Boise, Idaho; grandsons, Thomas Sammons of Boise, ID, Patrick and Brady Patterson of Mountain Home, ID and granddaughter, Marijo Sammons of Boise, ID; beloved sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Janice Phillips and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, James, granddaughter Terra Marie Patterson and her parents.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, October 28, 1999 at 2 PM at Plainview, AR at Salem United Methodist Church and Cemetery. Ruth Patterson, age 84, of Danville died Sunday August 5, 2007 at her home. She was born October 26, 1922 in Plainview, AR to the late Otto & Elizabeth Lipsey Mathis. She started her career as a RN in the Danville Clinic, which also served as the local hospital. She continued to work for over forty years at the Yell County Hospital, and then worked part time after her retirement. She was a member of the Danville First Baptist Church for over fifty-four years, serving as a Sunday school teacher for the two to four year olds for many years. She was also a member of the Arkansas Nursing Association. She loved to cook and take care of her children and grandchildren. Ruth not only made an impact serving her community as a nurse, she was a devoted mother and grandmother. She touched the lives of many people with her Godly example. Grandma Ruth will be greatly missed and will remain in our hearts forever.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James "Jimmy" Patterson, a brother, Robert Mathis and a sister, Sara Ella Patterson. Her survivors are sons daughters-in-law, Danny Patterson and James "Snooky" & Beverly Patterson all of Danville, David & Sherry Patterson of Salem Missouri, daughters & sons-in-law, Jan & Al Chenowith of Russellville, Marilyn & Johnny Cogburn and Patsy & Art Richards all of Dardanelle, brothers, Orlan Mathis of Camden, Duell Mathis of Eureka Springs, sister, Billie Ann Cole of Hensley, 15 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and several nephews, nieces and many, many friends.
Funeral services will be 10:00 a. m. Wednesday, August 8, at the Danville First Baptist Church, with the Rev. Jamie Staley officiating. Burial will be at Earl Ladd Cemetery. Funeral service for Sherry Lynn Townley Patterson was April 30, 2008 in the New Harmony Church at Salem, MO with Bro David Gidcumb and Bro. John Smith officiating. A eulogy was given by her brother, John Townley. Music was by Katie Steelman and Donna Rollins. Serving as pallbearers were Charles "Chip" Kerry, Roy Wiggins, David Wayne Wiggins, Bernie Sirois, Tyler Dillon, Richard Beckett, and Todd Cummings. Interment was in the Cedar Grove Cemetery.
Sherry entered into this world on January 3, 1965 and was called home by her Heavenly Father on April 24, 2008 at the tender age of 43 years. Sherry was a native of Elmer, Louisiana, where she spent the majority of her childhood and young adult years. Sherry had made her home in Salem where she lived at the time of her death, with her husband and family. She was a loving wife, devoted mother, and cherished friend to all she met. Anyone who knew Sherry was blessed to have her touch their lives. Sherry had the voice of an angel and anyone lucky enough to have heard her sing can understand why the angels in Heaven are rejoicing to have her enhance their choir. Sherry achieved a lifelong dream by graduating from Southwest Baptist University in May 2007, with a degree in Psychology.
Sherry is survived by her beloved husband of 24 years David Patterson. They were married on November 12, 1983 and resided in Salem. Also, surviving are three sons, Steven Patterson and wife, Stevie of Salem, MO. Matthew Patterson and fiance, Anna Barnes of Salem, MO, and Jared Patterson of Salem, MO; one daughter, Elizabeth Patterson and fiance Cesar Flores of Little Rock, AR; her parents, Edwin and Audrey Townley of Elmer, LA; two brothers, John Townley and wife, Tonya of Wister, OK, and Jeffrey Townley and wife, Dolores of Calcasieu, LA; maternal grandmother, Lucille Wiggins of Glenmora, LA; paternal grandmother, Ella Townley of Elmer, LA; nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

Shirley Mae Patterson, age 55, of Dardanelle, AR died Saturday, June 14, 1997 at AMI St. Mary's Hospital in Russellville. She was born October 9, 1941 in Russellville, Ark to the late Grover Martin. She was a loan officer for the Bank of Dardanelle and member of the Dardanelle Church of Christ.
Survivors include her mother, Mae Caldwell Martin of Dardanelle; daughter, Shelly Thompson of Texarkana, TX; sister, Sandra Warren of Nashville, TN; granddaughter, Torry Elizabeth Thompson of Texarkana, TX and several nephews, nieces and cousins.

Thomas Howard "Buddy" Patterson, age 60, of Danville, Arkansas, passed away Wednesday, November 7, 2007. He was born June 24, 1947, in Malvern, Arkansas, a son of the late Henry Howard and Thelma Mae Patterson. He was of the Catholic faith.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Harold Dean Patterson and a sister, Jeannie Morrow.
Survivors include his son, Buddy Ray Patterson and wife Rhonda of Ola, AR; daughter, Barbie Rodgers and husband Scott of Benton, AR; two granddaughters, Cameron Cogburn and Megan Rodgers of Benton, AR; five sisters, Minnie Fortson of Hot Springs, AR, Betty Whitfield and husband Jack of Scott, AR, Mary Price and husband Gale of Greenbrier, AR, Bernice Key of Humphrey, AR, Sue Wolf of South Carolina; and brother, Eugene Buchanan of Bryant, AR. Buddy will be missed by many friends, nieces, and nephews. He loved to fish, camp, and spend time in the outdoors.

Tommy Lee "Shorty" Patterson, age 83, of Ola, AR died Saturday, July 26, 2003 at Yell County Nursing Home in Ola, AR. He was the son of John and Levie (Coslett) Patterson; he was born July 9, 1920 in Kingston, AR. He married Cindy Noblett on May 19, 1999 at Ola. He was a United States Army Veteran of WWII. He worked as a Boilermaker and was Methodist in faith. He was a member of the International Brotherhood of Boilermakers Local 69 and a lifetime member of VFW Fisher-Law Post in Plainview.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a daughter, Cheryl Leigh Patterson, six sisters and one brother.
He is survived by his wife, Cindy Patterson of Ola, AR; three sons, Lynn and Nancy Patterson of Carter Cove, AR, James Bruce and Debra Patterson of Russellville, AR and Tommy Lee Patterson, Jr. of Plainview; three daughters, Denise Cunningham of No. Little Rock, AR; Carolyn and Bruce Burnett of Ola, AR and K. K. Patterson, Ola, AR; 10 grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; one brother, Billy Ray and Lila Patterson of Boise, ID and a host of nieces and nephews.

Cathryn Patton, age 70 of Perryville formerly of Ola died Saturday, July 9, 2005 at the Perry County Nursing Home and Rehab Center in Perryville. She was born August 6, 1934 in Belleville to the late Claudis Matthew and Bertha Edith Furrow Bryant. She was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Patton.
Survivors are one brother, Nolan Bryant of Havana three sisters, Fay Patton of Houston, AR, Sharon Porter of Pottsville and Claudine High-fill of Russellville and a host of nephews and nieces. Rev. George Anderson Patton Sr., age 83, of Bluffton, died Friday, August 18, 1989 at Yell County Hospital. He was an ordained Baptist minister, a member of Bluffton Baptist Church, son of the late Douglas and Maude Brown Patton. He had served as pastor of several churches including Havana, Plainview, Bluffton Baptist churches and First Baptist Church at Moore Park, Calif.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Berline Wood Patton; a son, George A. Patton Jr. of the home; two brothers, Earl Patton of Russellville and John Patton of Dardanelle; a sister, Mrs. Mary McMurphy of Stuttgart.

Glenn R. Patton, age 76, of Charleston, MO, died Sunday, August 22, 2004 at his residence. He was born October 7, 1928 in Yell County, AR to the late Burl Monroe and Minnie Vandiver Patton. A graduate of the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture, he then received his Masters Degree in Extension Education from the University of Missouri - Columbia. He lived in Charleston most of his life where he served as Regional Director for the University of Missouri Extension Service until his retirement. A member of the First Baptist Church in Charleston, he was also a member of the National Association of Retired Federal Employees, Epsilon Sigma Phi, and A. A. R. P. On October 23, 1949 he married Pauline Sugg, who survives of the home. Also surviving are a son, Raymond Patton of Ellington, MO; two daughters and a son-in-law, Deborah Patton and Melinda and Roy Presson all of Charleston, MO and two granddaughters.
He was preceded in death by three brothers, Roy, Herman and Hubert Patton and two sisters, Mae Fryar and Alene Patton.
Funeral service will be today, Wednesday, August 25, 2004 at 11:00 a. m. at McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston, MO. Interment will follow in the I. O. O. F. Mr. Herman V. Patton, age 78 of Belleville, AR died Sunday, October 25, 1998 at Stella Manor Nursing Home in Russellville, AR. He was born February 4, 1920 in the Riley Creek Community to the late Burley Monroe and Minnie Mae Vandiver Patton. He was retired from the Wayne Poultry Hatchery as a maintenance engineer, was a telegraph operator for the Missouri Pacific Railroad and a member and a Deacon of the Belleville Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Roy Patton and two sisters, Ailene Patton and Mae Rue Fryar.
He is survived by his wife, Melba Moudy Patton; one son and daughter-in-law, Harlon and Phyllis Patton of Belleville; one daughter and son-in-law, Patricia and Bill Loyd of Belleville; two brothers, Glen Patton of Charleston, MO and Hubert Patton of Glendale, AZ; two grandchildren, Mike Patton of Belleville, AR and Darla Loyd of Belleville, AR and one great granddaughter, Madison Nicole Patton of Belleville.

Melba G. Patton, age 82, of Belleville died Wednesday, December 17, 2003 at Mitchell's Nursing Home in Danville. She was born July 2, 1921 in Stafford, Arkansas to the late Rosco and Addie Robinson Moudy. She was a homemaker and mother and a member of the John Grace Memorial Baptist Church in Belleville.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Herman Patton.

Michael Garner "Mike" Patton, age 36, of Belleville, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, May 13. He was born February 4, 1974 in Russellville. He was a 1992 graduate of Danville High School, a member of the Danville Quarterback Club, Upper Spring Creek Free Will Baptist Church, and the National Rifle Association. He was a Yell County Deputy Sheriff and the Sign Coordinator for the Yell County Road Department.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Herman and Melba Patton, Jewel and Jack Brock, Ralph Hall and Otha Hill.
He is survived by his wife, Juanita Hill Patton, daughters, Maddie and Laken Patton of the home; parents, Harlon and Phyllis Garner Patton of Belleville; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Jewel and Harold Hill of Belleville; grandmother-in-law, Marie Hill of Danville; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Gail and Gary Boren of Belleville; aunts and uncles, Patricia and Bill Loyd of Belleville, Lana and Clif McMickle of Pine Bluff; niece and nephew, Chelsey and Josh Boren of Belleville; and a large, extended, loving family and friends.

Daughter of the late Ned and Ila Mott Ramey. She was a homemaker and mother and a former member of the Havana United Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Earl Patton; brothers, Carl, Harold and Floyd Ramey.

Charles Ray Paul (Chuck), age 52 of Dardanelle, died Tuesday, December 7, 2004 at Saint Mary's Regional Medical Center. He was born June 5, 1952 at Waterloo, Iowa to the late Oliver and Hazel Sperry Paul.
He is preceded in death by a brother, Ken Paul and a niece, Brenda Schult.
Survivors include his wife of 32 years, Theresa Paul of Dardanelle; one son, Charles Paul Jr. of Greensboro, NC; one daughter, Wendy Eudy of Greensboro, NC; three sisters, Joyce Livermore of Belleplaine, IA, Ginny Olson of Nashua, IA, Rose Garthoff of Denver, IA and a grandson, Lane Eudy of Greensboro, NC; many of nephews and nieces.

Ezra Payne, age 88, of Havana died in a Little Rock hospital on December 24, 1954. He moved from Georgia as a child and spent most of his life in Yell County. He was a Methodist and retired farmer.
He is survived by six sons, Delmar of Belleville, Melvin and Ray of Rives, Mo. Loyd of Cushing, Okla; Dewey and Mahon of Richmond, Calif; four daughters, Mrs. G. C. Sides of Dexter, Mo. Mrs. Lee White of Havana, Mrs. Seth James of Dardanelle and Mrs. Freeman Smith of Paris; a half brother, J. O. Payne of Belleville and several grandchildren, great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.

Henry Otho Payne, age 86, of Bryant, AR. died Thursday, December 31, 1998 at Southwest Hospital in Little Rock, AR. He was born March 15, 1912 in Havana, AR. to the late Oliver Payne and Minnie Taylor Payne.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Erma Greenfield Payne. A retired electrician, he was a member of the Indian Springs Baptist Church in Bryant.
He is survived by his wife, Berda Walker Payne; two sons, Bill Payne of Mena and Jimmy Payne of Hattiesburg, MS; one daughter, Betty Nowns of Nixa, MO; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Hershel Paul Payne, age 77, of Sauga Avenue, North Kingstown, RI, a 30 year Navy serviceman, died Thursday, February 27, 1997 at Newport Hospital. Born in Havana, Ark, a son of the late John O. and Minnie (Taylor) Payne, he lived in North Kingstown, RI for 25 years. He served in World War II, Korea and Vietnam and was a survivor of Pearl Harbor. He had been a driver for the Navy Exchange at Davisville, North Kingstown, RI. He was a member of the Fleet Reserve Branch 42, East Greenwich, RI American Legion Post 15 and the Warwick, RI Sportsman Club.
He leaves four sons, John Payne and Paul Payne both of Norfolk, VA, Joseph Payne of Charlotte, NC and Christopher Payne of Rockey Mount, NC; a brother, Henry Otho Payne of Bryant, AR and six grandchildren.

James A. Payne, Jr. U. S. Army Col. (Ret.), age 76, of Fairfield Bay, AR died February 8, 2004 at Indian Rock Village Nursing Facility in Fairfield Bay. He was born February 8, 1928 at Belleville, AR, the son of the late James Arthur, Sr. and Chloe (Grace) Payne.
He attended Arkansas Tech University, Arkansas State Teachers College, University of Central Arkansas and University of Nebraska at Omaha. He enlisted in the U. S. Army in 1945 and was a devoted Army officer for 29 years, served two years in Germany, one tour in Japan, two tours in Vietnam and six months in Thailand. He was commanded two Army units during his tours and was a staff officer in Major Army Headquarters. He was helicopter and fixed wing qualified with over 3, 000 flying hours and was also a pioneer in helicopter gunships. Included in his many service medals are the Legion of Merit with two Oak Leaf Clusters, five Distinguished Flying Cross, five Air Medals, a Bronze Star, Commendation Medal, Joint Service Medal, many Vietnamese medals and a Master Army Aviator Badge. He was a member of the Transportation Corp Aviation Association, Vice President of the Norfork, VA Chapter of the National Defense Trans Association and Vice President of the Peninsula Chapter of Association of U. S. Army. Locally he was a member of the Military Officers Association and American Legion. Upon retirement the Paynes moved to Fairfield Bay where he worked in the Indian Hills Golf Pro Shop and later became manager of Mountain Rance Golf Course. He was later elected to the Community Club Board and in 1991 appointed President of the Club.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one sister, Marcella Huggler and one brother, John Wylie Payne.
He is survived by wife of 55 years, Jo (McGlathery) Payne of Fairfield Bay, AR; one daughter, Kelley and Tom Fielder of Lynchburg, VA; one sister, Dixie Lou Reed of Dallas, TX; two granddaughters and other relatives, friends.

John Oliver Payne, age 77, native of Yell County, died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Lois Oates, of Belleville Wednesday. A member of a pioneer Yell County family, Mr. Payne was a retired farmer and stockman. He was a member of the Assembly of God Church.

Dr. John W. (Rusty) Payne, age 69, of Morehead, KY passed away Monday, May 29, 2000. He was born June 20, 1930 at Belleville, AR and was the son of the late James Arthur and Chloe Grace Payne. He retired in 1992 from Morehead State University where he had served as professor of education, coordinator of professional laboratory experiences and teach education, and associate dean. Before coming to Morehead in 1969, he had been professor and director of student teaching at Virginia Polytechnic Institute, Blacksburg, VI and athletic trainer and instructor in health, physical education and recreation at the University of Kentucky. He was athletic trainer at the Pan American Games in San Paulo, Brazil in 1963. He earned his doctorate in education and Master of Science degrees from the University of Kentucky and completed undergraduate work at Arkansas Polytechnic Institute, Russellville, AR, Louisiana State University and the University of Kentucky. During the Korean War, he served as staff sergeant with the U. S. Marine Corps. In addition to being an educator, Dr. Payne was an enthusiastic outdoorsman and conservationist. Dr. Payne was a former chairman of the Morehead-Rowan County Tourism Commission; former president of the Hardwood and Harvest Festival; and former vice-chairman of the Rowan County-Morehead State University Community School Council.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Darlene Payne.
Survivors are, two sons and daughters-in-law, James N. and Gail Payne of Morehead, KY and John D. and Allison Payne of Orlando, FL; three grandchildren, three step-grandchildren; one brother, Col. James A. Payne, Jr. of Fairfield Bay, AR and one sister, Dixie Reed of Dallas, TX.

He is survived by his wife, Mary Payne; mother, Marie Payne, of Russellville; daughter Cindy Kay; son, Larry Don, both of Mount George; two step-daughters, Cindy and Belinda; stepson, Robert, all of Little Rock; 12 grandchildren; one sister and numerous nieces and nephews.

Olen Payne, age 80, of Danville, AR died Sunday, July 14, 2002 at the Arkansas Heart Hospital in Little Rock, AR. He was born December 29, 1921 in Stafford, Yell County, AR to the late Delmer and Cora Ann White Payne. He retired after 24 years as the Yell County Tax Assessor, was the Yell County Veterans Service Officer for over 30 years, member of the Danville Lions club for 39 years, the Yell County Equalization Beard, the United Methodist Church for 39 years and was past chairman of the Administrative Board and a former Sunday School teacher. He was a WWII Army Air Corp. Veteran, member of Fisher-Law VFW Post 8525 in Plainview. He was a 33 degree Mason, member of Danville Lodge 41 and Christian Lodge 394 in Belleville, he served as past District Deputy Grand Master and in 1999 he received the Grand Lodge Medal of Honor which is given to only one member each year. He was past Patron of the Danville Chapter of Order of Eastern Star and a member of the Council Oaks Order of Eastern Star, member of Scottish Rite, the River Valley York Rite Bodies and Shriners.
He was preceded in death by four brothers, Odell, Leemon, CJ and William Hoyt Payne and a granddaughter, Cynthia Payne.
He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Etta Vee Laster Payne; two sons and daughters-in-law, John Robert and Brenda Payne of Clarksville, AR and Jerry and JoAnn Payne of Belleville, AR; two daughters and sons-in-law, Mary Ann and Ronnie Buckner of Greenwood, AR and Linda and Rodney Parham of Branson, MO; a brother, Thurman Payne of Belleville, AR; a sister, Ann Morris of Fayetteville, AR; his mother-in-law, Neva Laster of Danville, AR; five grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
Service was July 16, 2002 at the First Baptist Church in Danville with Rev. David Hawkins officiating. Interment was in Russell Cemetery with Masonic Rites and Full Military Honors by Boyce-Woods Post 3141, Dardanelle. Pallbearers were James Rogers, Lance Wilkins, Joe Monroe, Tommy May, Pledger Ball, Brad Payne, Jamie Payne, Joey Payne. Honorary were Masons and VFW members. Thurman Payne, 93, of Belleville, a longtime member of the Belleville City Council and Mayor of that city died last Friday, April 14, 2006 at Mitchell's Nursing Home in Danville. Payne served as mayor from 1977 to 1990 as well as serving several years on the Belleville City Council. During his tenure as mayor, he was instrumental in obtaining the first Belleville Fire Department pumper after the city obtained a city-wide water system. While he was mayor, the Belleville City Park pavilion, tennis court and many other improvements to the park were made. He was a 1931 graduate of Belleville High School, a member of Masonic Lodge No. 394 in Belleville for over 50 years and a 32nd Degree Mason.

He was a former Belleville City mayor. He was a member and deacon of the Dr. John Grace Memorial Baptist Church in Belleville, a 32 degree mason and a member of Masonic Lodge 394 in Belleville. He was a 1931 graduate of Belleville High School.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Beatrice Blackwell Payne; a son David Payne and five brothers Leeman, Odell, Olen, William, Hoyt and CJ.
He is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Carroll and Carolyn Payne of Texarkana, AR; a sister, Ann Morris of Fayetteville, AR; a daughter-in-law, Earlene Payne of Danville, AR; four grandchildren, Brad Payne of Russellville, AR, Richard Payne, Todd Payne and Cara Cook all of Texarkana and seven great grandchildren.
Funeral service was April 17, 2005 at the Dr. John Grace Memorial Baptist Church in Belleville with Rev. Bill Storts officiating. Burial was in the Russell Cemetery by Cornwell Funeral Home of Danville, AR. Pallbearers were Dale Knight, David Laster, John Payne, Jerry Payne, Monty Morris and Mike Morris.
